Confidentiality and data protection

For the purposes of the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, Ana Maria Fuentes, hereinafter the ‘HOLDER’ informs the User of the existence of an automated file of personal data created by and for the Holder and under its responsibility, in order to perform the maintenance and management of the relationship with the User, as well as the work of information, training and marketing of the service and activities related to them. At the time of acceptance of these general conditions the Holder will require the User to collect some essential data for the provision of its services.

Registration of files and forms

Completion of the registration form is compulsory to access and use all the services offered on the website. However, for newsletters you must provide your e-mail address and for the use of certain services under registration you must register as a registered user of the Owner. Failure to provide the personal data requested or not accepting this data protection policy means the impossibility of subscribing, registering or participating in any of the promotions in which personal data is requested. In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of your registration as a User, will be incorporated into a file owned by Ana Maria Fuentes, with D.N.I. 27454266V and address Plaza Santa Catalina 1, 30004 Murcia, having implemented the security measures established in Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June.

The User expressly consents to the use of ‘cookies’ by the Owner without it being necessary to ask for his/her consent each time he/she enters our site. The names of the servers that transmit or activate the automatic data collection procedures are under the domain apartamentosfenix.es.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

The Data Controller shall not transfer user data to third parties.

EXERCISE OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION RIGHTS

You may send your communications and exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at the Internet address apartamentosfenix.es, or by ordinary mail addressed to the Holder, at the postal address indicated above. To exercise these rights and in compliance with the Instruction 1/1998, of January 19, 1998, of the Data Protection Agency, it is necessary that you prove your identity to the Owner by sending a photocopy of your National Identity Card or any other valid legal means.

SECURITY MEASURES

The Data Controller has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of Personal Data, and endeavours to install those additional technical means and measures within its reach to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the Personal Data provided to the Data Controller. The Data Controller shall not be liable for possible damages that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system, caused by reasons beyond the Controller’s control, delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines or overloads in the Data Processing Centre, in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, as well as damage that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate intromissions beyond the control of the Holder. Nevertheless, the User must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

The User declares to have been informed of the conditions on the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the automated processing of the same by the Owner in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy. Certain services provided on the Portal may contain special conditions with specific provisions on the protection of Personal Data.
